Elsewhere is a small community project creating experiences around movement, culture, wellness, creativity, food and social connection.

This notice explains what personal information we use, why we use it and the choices you have. It applies to the elsewhere community and to The First Move, taking place on 4 July 2026 at VNT Coffee Gallery, Madrid.

Andrei Angelescu helps organise elsewhere and The First Move as an authorised collaborator acting under the controller’s instructions. He may access only the information needed to help run the event and community and must keep it confidential.

Elsewhere has not appointed a Data Protection Officer because its current activities do not require one. Privacy questions should be sent directly to the email above.

2. What information do we collect?

We collect only the information reasonably needed to organise the event and community.

Booking information

This may include:

• First name and surname.
• Email address.
• Selected movement session.
